🔥👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Heat the Iron
Place a cast iron skillet or Dutch oven directly over open flames. Let it get hot and smoky.
2️⃣ Brown the Beef
Add oil, then ground beef. Sear hard, letting it char slightly for deep campfire flavor 🔥🥩. Break it up as it cooks.
3️⃣ Add Onions & Garlic
Stir in chopped onion. Let it soften and caramelize in the beef fat. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
4️⃣ Build the Chili Base
Pour in tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, and beef broth. Stir well.
5️⃣ Season & Bring the Heat
Add chili powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Stir in Mad Dog 357 Original Edition 🌶️🔥 — start small, you can always go hotter.
6️⃣ Simmer Over Flames
Move skillet to slightly lower heat. Let it bubble and thicken 25–35 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let the edges darken slightly for extra depth.
7️⃣ Serve Hot
Ladle into bowls straight from the fire 🔥
Top with shredded cheese, chopped onions, or a drizzle of extra Mad Dog if you’re fearless 😏🌶️
