35 Years of Heat: Celebrating Mad Dog 357 and Our New Website

In 1991, Ashley Food Company got its start with BBQ sauce. Our Ultra Hot BBQ was an instant hit: bold, smoky, and hotter than anything else on the shelf. Fans kept coming back for more heat, and we kept turning it up.

That first sauce launched everything that followed. Thirty-five years later, Mad Dog 357 has grown into a full lineup of hot sauces and pepper extracts that chiliheads seek out, collect, and dare their friends to try. Through all of it, one thing hasn't changed: we make products for people who respect the pepper.
