🛒 Ingredients:

1 clove garlic, minced 🧄

1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced 🫑

1/2 cup shredded carrots 🥕

1/2 cup snow peas or snap peas 🌿

🍳 Instructions:

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper Sauce 🔥. Set aside. -
Cook Shrimp:
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high. Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink and curled. Remove and set aside. -
Sauté Veggies:

Add Noodles & Sauce:
Add udon noodles and sauce to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes, letting the noodles absorb the bold flavors. Return shrimp to the pan and toss to coat. -
