  • 8–10 large shrimp, peeled & deveined 🍤

  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce 🧂

  • 1 tsp sesame oil 🛢️

  • 1 tsp rice vinegar 🍶

  • 1/2 tsp Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper Sauce 🔥 (seriously potent—adjust to taste!)

  • 1/2 tbsp honey 🍯 (or maple syrup for vegan)

  • 1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger 🫚

  • 1 clove garlic, minced 🧄

  • 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced 🫑

  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots 🥕

  • 1/2 cup snow peas or snap peas 🌿

  • 2 green onions, chopped 🌱

  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds, cilantro 🌾🌿

🍳 Instructions:

  1. Prep Sauce:
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper Sauce 🔥. Set aside.

  2. Cook Shrimp:
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high. Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink and curled. Remove and set aside.

  3. Sauté Veggies:
In the same skillet, toss in bell pepper, carrots, and peas. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender.

  4. Add Noodles & Sauce:
Add udon noodles and sauce to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes, letting the noodles absorb the bold flavors. Return shrimp to the pan and toss to coat.

  5. Serve:
Plate it up, garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, or fresh cilantro. Eat immediately while hot and spicy! 🌱🍲🔥

✅ Tips:

  • Use zoodles or shirataki noodles for a lower-carb version 🥒
