Ingredients:

  • 6 chicken drumsticks 🍗

  • 1 cup buttermilk 🥛

  • 2 tbsp Mad Dog 357 Sriracha Hot Sauce 🔥

  • 1 cup rice flour or cornstarch 🌾

  • 1 tsp white pepper 🧂

  • 1 tsp garlic powder 🧄

  • 1 tbsp fish sauce 🐟

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce 🥢

  • 1 tbsp sugar 🍬

  • Fried shallots for topping 🧅

  • Oil for frying 🫕

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together buttermilk, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, garlic powder, white pepper, and Mad Dog 357 Sriracha.

  2. Add the chicken drumsticks and marinate for at least 2 hours (overnight = legendary flavor). 💤🔥

  3. Coat the marinated drumsticks in rice flour until evenly covered.
