🛒 Ingredients

- Salt & black pepper to taste 🧂
🧀 For the Cheese & Bread:
- 2 hoagie rolls 🥖
- 4 slices provolone cheese 🧀 (or cheese whiz for a classic Philly style)
- 1 tbsp butter (for toasting the bread) 🧈
👨🍳 Directions
1️⃣ Prep the Steak & Veggies:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 🛢️🔥
- Add onions and bell peppers, cooking for 5-7 minutes until softened. 🧅🌶️
- Push veggies to the side and add thinly sliced ribeye steak. Sear for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 🥩🔥
